We don't recommend you try that because, honestly, it would hurt, but if you're feeling up to it, it would very easily carry 70+ lbs

● Our ripstop fabric and bag design allows our bags to have long & useful lives. Ripstop fabrics are made by interweaving reinforcement yarn in a crosshatch pattern to increase their resistance to tearing and ripping.
